Player Eligibility
- All
registration forms must be completed, signed by each team member and
submitted with payment before July 4th for a team to be eligible.
- All players must be at least 19 years of age.
- No active Senior AA or
equivalent players are allowed to play in Tier 2 (Co-ed/Men/Women)
- Players are permitted (and
encouraged) to participate in a maximum of 2 categories. Male
players are able to participate in Co-ed and Men's while Women players
are able to participate in Co-ed and Women's. Players are not allowed
to play on more than one Co-ed team.
Divisions
- Co-ed 4's Tier 1:
This is most competitive Co-ed category and where you will find all
the top male and female players. No limitations for this tier, so
Sr. AA and Varsity level players are able to play.
- Co-ed 4's Tier 2:
This is the semi-competitive category . Players in this division are
still good but do not match the skills or youth of the Tier 1 group.
No Sr. AA Men or Varsity Men players allowed in this category.
- Men 4's Tier 1: This is most competitive
Men category and where you will find all the top male players. No limitations for this tier, so
Sr. AA and Varsity level players are able to play. The level
is extremely
competitive teams. Even those who play competitive 2's will find
this extremely fast paced and awesome to play. A different game all
together.
- Men 4's Tier 2:
This is the semi-competitive category. Players in this division are
still good but do not match the skills or youth of the Tier 1 group.
No Sr. AA Men or Varsity Men players allowed in this category.
- Women 4's Tier 1: This is most competitive
Women category and where you will find all the top female players. No limitations for this tier, so
Sr. AA and Varsity level players are able to play. The level in this division is very competitive teams.
- Women 4's Tier 2:
This is the semi-competitive category . Players in this division are
still good but do not match the skills or youth of the Tier 1 group.
No Sr. AA Women or Varsity Women players allowed in this category.
Event Rules
- Please note that with
your registration, you are considered members of our facilities for
the week end. Any guest not registered is required to sign in with tournament organizers. No fees are associated with this
requirement.
(Basically
if any one asks, you are a member).
- Tournament
organizers and volunteers will be identifiable by their T-Shirts. So
if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
- No cars allowed
past the parking area. Please note that once the partying starts, leave the cars
alone... don't drink and drive. An accident can put a damper on any
event. So please pocket your keys and if you have to leave, take a cab
or get a sober friend to drive.
- Dogs must remain
on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the Rugby Club.
Remember this is a rugby field where people dive on the grass... So
make sure you poop and scoop...
- Since the entire grounds are
under liquor licensing laws, no liquor other than what was purchased
at the bar is allowed on site. Open beverages must be consumed in the
designated areas. No glass containers allowed, please use cans or pour
all beverages into plastic cups provided (glass + bare feet = ouch!)
- No fires
allowed. Food
vendors are also planning to set up for your convenience.
- Players are
allowed to have guest at the tournament and party; however, please be
advise that you are responsible for for their actions and the number
guest per player should be kept to a minimum. (note: this is not an
open house party...)
- This is a fun
event where volleyball players gather for fun, volleyball and
socializing. Any one caught vandalizing property, stealing, fighting or not
following tournament organizers instructions will immediately kicked out of the
tournament and requested to leave the grounds.
